PLEASE BE ADVISED:

- CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT: The CoverMe TC Services reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Should The CoverMe TC Services cancel this agreement, no payment for any outstanding services is due to CoverMe TC Services and CoverMe TC Services will provide any and all documentation in its possession to the agent completing this form.

- This agreement is between CoverMe TC Services & the agent completing this form. If the agent assigns payment of these services to their client, the agent acknowledges they are ultimately responsible for payment if their client declines the charges for any reason.
- The scope of work outlined by CoverMe TC Services are expressly limited to those of a Transaction Coordinator and are not intended to supplement, replace or otherwise augment the duties of the Agent pursuant to California Civil Code §§2079 et seq., or California Business and Professions Code Division 4 Chapter 3.

- The Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CoverMe TC Services and its employees and contractors against and in respect to any and all claims, demands, losses, fines, damages, expenses, obligations, liabilities, recoveries and deficiencies including interest, penalties and reasonable attorney fees that may result from or related to any breach of or failure of the Agent to perform his/her legal and state mandated fiduciary duties and obligations to any real estate transaction or client included, but no limited to, the terms of this agreement.
